Myth: Child abuse never happen good, wealthy families.

Reality: Regardless of ethical background, economic status, culture, or religion, child abuse can happen in any kind of household. Even though a family may like seem a loving family does not it is one. You never know what happen behind those closed doors.

Myth: When a parent uses corporal  punishment will increase child discipline.

Reality: Corporal punishment is when an authority inflicts physical punishment on a child to discipline him or her. Although, child discipline is important, by using corporal punishment you are not only exposing a child to violence and pain, but you are also not teaching him or her why their behavior is wrong.
